OUR MISSION
New Finish Marketing exists to bring honesty, clarity, and trust back into contractor marketing. Our mission is to give renovation businesses a fair shot at growing without getting buried under gimmicks, confusion, or empty promises. Everything we build is driven by one goal: raise the standard for how contractors are supported, respected, and represented online.
About the Founder
ETHAN EDDICOTT
Ethan didn’t fall into marketing for contractors by accident.
He grew up in Vancouver around construction: A dad who spent years as a cabinet maker, later a superintendent running job sites.
Tools on the kitchen counter.
Site stories on the car ride home.
The industry was never distant — it was always right there.
So naturally, he pushed toward that world.
Architecture.
Estimating.
Project management.
A full diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and a plan to build a career in construction the traditional way.
But even after graduating and working in the field, he kept drifting toward something different — the online side of business. Websites. Funnels. Systems. Not the fluffy marketing stuff everyone talks about, but the mechanics of why people choose one contractor over another. That curiosity turned into late nights, projects for friends, experiments, trial runs… and eventually, a skillset that had nothing to do with swinging a hammer, yet everything to do with helping people who do.
New Finish Marketing is where those two paths collided; a company shaped by the trades, sharpened by testing, and committed to giving renovation contractors something this industry rarely offers.
